To our patients and their families:

We have an update and some great news!

With the governor’s new executive orders, we’ll be able to resume regular orthodontic appointments starting Friday May 29th!

We have missed seeing you greatly, and we share your  strong desire for an appointment as soon as possible. Upon reopening, we will be working additional days and hours to accommodate each and every one of you!  Beginning May 29th, we will start calling our patients to reschedule missed appointments on a first-canceled-first-rescheduled basis‼️  You do not need to call us to reschedule. We assure you we will reach out‼️  Please help us by understanding that scheduling so many, so quickly, will be a challenge.   We are excited for it!  We thank you in advance for your flexibility and understanding as we get started and reach out to you. Our goal is to contact all patients within 2 weeks after opening.  If you have an already-scheduled appointment for a time on/after May 29, please plan to keep your appointment as originally scheduled.

As health care providers who exceed office safety protocols as a rule, we are proud that the new office safety protocols we’re adding will continue to help ensure the office is clean and safe for you.

We know the past few months have been difficult for everyone, and we’ve been so impressed with stories of endurance and resilience we’ve heard about so many of you. We love all of you and are grateful to you for staying home and staying safe to help our community!  You’re all heroes and we can’t wait to see your smiling faces again soon!

In the meantime, any patient who is experiencing discomfort or requires immediate attention will be seen as an “essential emergency.”  Please call our office telephone number and follow the instructions on the recording.

Sincerely,

Dr. Mark Berkman
