To our patients and their families:
Firstly, we hope you are all staying safe and healthy! While we are all doing our part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, here’s a bit of an update on our office.
Following recommendations from the CDC and Governor Whitmer’s executive orders, Outstanding Orthodontics is closed, by law, until restrictions are lifted. Teeth are important and valuable, but safety is our first priority and we are diligently complying. As we are unable to see regularly-scheduled patients, we have donated our supplies of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment–masks, gloves, etc.) to our medical colleagues who have experienced shortages and need it more.
We do not yet know when we will be allowed to reschedule your appointments. Rest assured, once we are able to re-open, we will have extraordinarily expanded hours (late nights, weekends, all of it!) to accommodate all of you, very quickly!
Of course, any patient who has a true emergency requiring immediate attention will be seen, as always. Please call our office telephone number and follow the instructions on the recording.
Although we are not at the office, we are working remotely and answering emails and all calls! So please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions regarding your care, or just to say hi! We understand that you will have questions, and we’ll do our very best to provide you with good guidance during this time. You can find us at 248.360.7878 or email@example.com.
We all miss you, and hope to see you again soon!
